Thankful Heart

Life can be very stressful at times and we can get very stuck in our heads. We can be stressed about tasks or could find ourselves complaining constantly. In these moments we need to STOP, BREATHE, and REMEMBER. We need to stop and breathe and remember things that we are grateful for. When we have a grateful mindset it leaves no room for complaints or stressors. When we focus on the goodness of God, his peace, and his care for us, our worries turn to his worries and we can share the burden with him. God's love endures forever and he always wants to help us and we have so much to be grateful for. So stop, take a breath, and remember things that you are grateful for.
